HIGH-CAPACITY WASTEWATER RECOVERY.
Advanced engineering solutions to treat and recycle up to 8 cubic meters of industrial effluent per hour.

PROJECT DETAILS

Supply & Installation Effluent Water Recycle Cap 8 m³/hr

The Effluent Water Recycle System with a processing capacity of 8 m³/hr is a high-volume wastewater treatment and recovery facility designed by PT. DEMIPUMA SAHABAT BENING. Operating at a continuous rate of 8 cubic meters per hour, this system is capable of managing substantial industrial discharge, converting it back into high-quality, reusable water.

This project was specifically developed to help large-scale manufacturing facilities optimize their water consumption. By recycling a major portion of their effluent, our client significantly reduced both their environmental footprint and their dependency on municipal water supplies.

Scope of Work

Our team provided an end-to-end solution to ensure the system handles the 8 m³/hr flow rate efficiently and reliably:

  • Custom System Design & Engineering: Formulating a multi-stage treatment blueprint (including pre-treatment and membrane filtration) tailored to the specific raw effluent characteristics.
  • Equipment Procurement: Sourcing high-capacity pumps, clarifiers, and advanced filtration media capable of sustaining continuous heavy-duty operation.
  • Piping & Storage Installation: Assembling a robust network of corrosion-resistant piping and large-capacity buffer tanks to ensure steady water flow.
  • Electrical & Control Systems: Integrating sophisticated PLC-based control panels for real-time monitoring and automated system adjustments.
  • Testing & Commissioning: Executing comprehensive trial runs to verify that the output water quality meets all required parameters at the targeted 8 m³/hr capacity.

Project Objectives

The successful deployment of this high-capacity recycling plant fulfilled several key objectives for the client:

  1. Process and recycle up to 8,000 liters of industrial wastewater per hour continuously.
  2. Dramatically lower fresh water acquisition costs by reusing treated effluent for cooling towers or process water.
  3. Remove high levels of suspended solids, organic compounds, and specific contaminants from the waste stream.
  4. Guarantee the clarity, safety, and stable pH level of the recycled water.
  5. Ensure full compliance with stringent local government regulations regarding wastewater discharge.
