The Water Treatment Plant (WTP) with a capacity of 18 m³/hr is a robust and highly efficient system engineered by PT. DEMIPUMA SAHABAT BENING. This facility is meticulously designed to treat raw water sources, transforming them into high-quality clean water suitable for various specific applications, including safe drinking water, reliable industrial process water, and general utility water.

By integrating advanced filtration and purification technologies, this project ensures that the output water meets the most stringent quality and safety standards, providing our clients with a sustainable and continuous water supply for their daily operations.

Scope of Work

Our dedicated team handled the project comprehensively from conception to operational handover. The scope of work included:

  • System Design and Engineering: Developing customized blueprints tailored to the site's specific raw water conditions and capacity requirements.
  • Equipment Procurement: Sourcing high-grade filtration units, pumps, and treatment components.
  • Installation of Piping and Storage Tanks: Constructing a durable network of pipes and secure holding tanks for raw and treated water.
  • Electrical and Control Panels: Installing automated control systems to ensure safe, efficient, and precise operation.
  • System Commissioning and Testing: Conducting rigorous trial runs and water quality testing before final handover to the client.

Project Objectives

The implementation of this 18 m³/hr WTP system was specifically targeted to achieve the following water quality improvements:

  1. Remove dirt and suspended particles completely.
  2. Eliminate bacteria and dangerous microorganisms to ensure biological safety.
  3. Reduce harmful chemical substances dissolved in the raw water.
  4. Decrease water turbidity, resulting in crystal-clear output.
  5. Remove unpleasant odors and unwanted color from the water supply.
